Transport crates and barrels across rough mountain roads without losing your cargo in this free 3D off-road browser game.
Transport crates and barrels across rough mountain roads without losing your cargo in this free 3D off-road browser game.
4WD Off-Road Driving Sim is a free 3D truck game where you transport cargo across rough mountain roads. Drive trucks, jeeps, and other four-wheel-drive vehicles through steep hills, muddy paths, and uneven terrain while keeping every crate and barrel on board.
The challenge is not about reaching the destination as quickly as possible. You must control your speed, protect the cargo, and arrive at the marked delivery area with as many items as possible. Play directly in a desktop browser with no download or installation required.
Experience the difficult work of an off-road delivery driver. Each mission begins with a vehicle carrying cargo that must be transported to another location. The road between the starting point and the destination is filled with bumps, slopes, narrow paths, and sudden changes in elevation.
Every movement affects the load. Accelerating too quickly can send crates toward the back of the vehicle, while sudden braking may throw them forward. Sharp turns and uneven ground can also cause items to fall from the cargo area.
There is no need to race against a timer. You can slow down, stop before a difficult section, and choose a safe route. Delivering the cargo intact is more important than driving fast.
Complete missions to earn stars, unlock new vehicles, and gain access to additional tracks.
Your objective is to carry the assigned cargo from the starting point to the marked destination. Follow the off-road route and keep the vehicle stable until you reach the delivery area. Begin by accelerating slowly. Observe how the cargo reacts when the vehicle moves, turns, climbs, and brakes. The load is affected by the game’s physics system, so careless driving can cause boxes or barrels to fall from the truck.
Select an available vehicle and level.
Check the cargo loaded onto the vehicle.
Accelerate gradually from the starting point.
Follow the off-road path toward the destination.
Reduce your speed before steep slopes and sharp turns.
Keep the vehicle balanced on uneven terrain.
Avoid dropping crates, barrels, or other transported objects.
Stop inside the marked delivery area.
Earn stars based on your performance.
Complete more levels to unlock tracks and vehicles.
You can replay a mission if too much cargo is lost. A better route and smoother driving may help you earn all three stars.
The game is designed for desktop browser play. A physical keyboard makes it easier to control acceleration and steering, while the mouse-controlled camera helps you inspect difficult parts of the road.

Driving at maximum speed makes the cargo difficult to control. A slower delivery with every item intact is better than reaching the destination quickly with an empty truck.
Sudden acceleration pushes the cargo backward. Use short throttle inputs until the truck gains enough momentum to climb or move across a flat section.
A heavily loaded vehicle gains speed quickly on a descent. Begin braking before the slope becomes steep rather than waiting until the truck is already moving too fast.
Hard braking can throw cargo forward or make the vehicle unstable. Release the accelerator first, then apply the brake gradually.
Cargo can slide sideways during a sharp turn. Reduce your speed before steering and use gentle directional inputs until the truck is aligned with the next part of the road.
Crossing uneven ground at an angle can tilt the vehicle and shift the load toward one side. Align the wheels with the path before moving over a large bump.
Drag the mouse to change your viewing angle. Look ahead to inspect slopes, narrow paths, and delivery zones before committing to a route.
You are not racing against a timer. If boxes or barrels are moving dangerously, stop the vehicle and wait for them to settle.
If you approach a slope or narrow section at the wrong angle, reverse and try again. Forcing the vehicle forward can lead to a crash or lost cargo.
Completing a mission once teaches you the route. Replay it with better speed control and fewer mistakes to improve your final rating.
Cargo safety is the central challenge in 4WD Off-Road Driving Sim. Every object in the back of your vehicle can move independently when the truck accelerates, brakes, turns, or travels over rough ground. Watch the cargo as well as the road. If items begin sliding toward one side, reduce your speed and straighten the vehicle. Continuing to turn or accelerate may cause the load to fall.
The safest driving style uses gradual inputs. Accelerate slowly so crates stay in the cargo area.
Brake before reaching an obstacle instead of stopping suddenly on rough ground.
Take wide, controlled turns and cross bumps at low speed. Avoid sudden changes in direction.
Pause when the cargo becomes unstable. Losing one item may not immediately end the mission, but it can reduce your final rating.
Your result depends on how successfully you complete the delivery. To earn the best rating, reach the destination while keeping all or nearly all of the cargo on the vehicle.
A three-star attempt usually requires:
Because there is no time limit, patience is one of your most useful tools. If a section appears dangerous, slow down and inspect it before proceeding.
Steep climbs require enough momentum to move the loaded vehicle upward. However, accelerating too aggressively can shift cargo toward the rear.
Approach the hill at a controlled speed and keep the truck pointing straight. Apply steady acceleration while climbing and avoid turning unless the road requires it.
If the wheels lose traction or the truck stops moving, reverse carefully to a flatter area and attempt the climb again with slightly more momentum.
Avoid stopping in the middle of a steep hill. Restarting from that position can be difficult with a heavy load.
Descending is often more dangerous than climbing because the vehicle can gain speed without additional acceleration.
Release the accelerator before starting the descent and use the brake in short, controlled intervals. Do not hold the brake so aggressively that the truck becomes unstable.
Keep the wheels pointing along the road. Sharp turns while descending can cause the vehicle to lean, slide, or lose cargo.
After reaching flatter ground, allow the vehicle and cargo to stabilize before accelerating again.
Rough surfaces can cause the truck to bounce and the cargo to move unpredictably.
Use a steady, moderate speed. Driving too slowly may leave the vehicle without enough momentum, while driving too quickly can launch the cargo out of the truck.
Watch the movement of the suspension and reduce acceleration when the wheels begin bouncing. Keep steering adjustments small until the vehicle reaches a smoother surface.
Different vehicles may perform better on different terrain, so test newly unlocked trucks when a route becomes difficult.
New vehicles become available as you progress through the game. Each truck, jeep, or van may feel different because of its size, wheelbase, speed, and handling.
When testing a new vehicle, consider:
The fastest vehicle is not necessarily the best delivery vehicle. Stability and control are often more valuable than maximum speed.
The game contains three tracks that become available through progression. Each route introduces different terrain and delivery challenges.
The first track helps you learn the controls and cargo physics. Later routes demand better control on difficult slopes, uneven surfaces, and narrow mountain paths.
Before attempting to earn three stars, use your first run to study:
Knowing what lies ahead helps you adjust your speed before the most difficult sections.
The browser version allows you to start a cargo mission without installing a separate game client. Open the page, wait for the 3D environment to load, and begin driving with your keyboard.
The game is a good choice for players looking for:
Since the game uses 3D graphics and real-time physics, performance depends on your browser, computer, and internet connection.
